Bad Service

I bought a Defy dishwasher last year and it is faulty. Builders Warehouse refuses to reissue an invoice, even after I provided all the information. The response is unfortunately the invoice system has changed since 2021 and we are unable to request the invoice. Is it my fault that you changed systems?
