Bad service

I went to Builders Warehouse looking for a bubblewrap and I was told it's out of stock. I got home and as I was searching for where I can get it, I saw builders warehouse again and it showed there was stock so I bought online and my collection date was the 2nd June 2020. I got sms's on the 1st June telling me my order was ready for collection. I went to Builders Warehouse on the 2nd June and when I got there I was told that the bubblewrap is out of stock and they would call me on the 3rd June for me to come collect it. I didn't receive any sort of communication from them yet I paid for this bubblewrap and their system said they have stock. I mean I need this urgently hence I ordered on time.
