Bad service

Builders warehouse in Cosmo city mall provides the worst customer service experience. The store is still open but all the till points have closed and the tellers have left. We had to wait a queue for 15 minutes just to the teller. The same teller who keeps leaving her post with no apology or reason why. <br> After that, another 15 minutes delay to get someone to authorize a refund of R60.00 and once again the teller leaves her post to go and search for superiors. <br> The worst part is when they call the next customer but you have not been assisted and they expect you to wait on the side in the meantime.<br> <br> How does the staff leave their posts vacant and get ready to go home but the store is still open during business hours? The queue keeps growing but no one pays attention to that cause it's time to go home for the staff. Clearly the staff and their needs come first and the customers last. <br> <br> I will not visit that branch ever again nor advise anyone I know to buy from them as they don't really care about their customers or providing the type of service other branches are happy to give.<br> It's a good thing that the next branch is just down the road in North Riding and that's where I'm heading!
