Bad Service

Hello, I registered on your website to do online shopping with my builders credit card. I selected the option to link my card to my online profile without success. When I try to insert my card number it keep on saying its not a valid RCS/Builders card number. I called the number on your website for online support and was told to call RCS. The consultant at RCS had no clue about online support. I sent an email to *** and was given a refno: *** and that I will be contacted within 48 hours. Its almost a week later and I'm still waiting. I basically lost out on an item that was on sale until yesterday 27 February 2022. I'm utterly disappointed in Builders for their poor service. Paul Koopman
