Bad service

I visited Builders Warehouse in Cosmo city mall on 08.01.2015 to apply for account which I can use to purchase items at the store. I provided all the necessary documentation and was told I would receive an sms in two days time. That did not happen so I called in on 12.01.2015 and spoke to Cynthia again who promised to call back in 15 minutes and that was another empty promise. <br> Clearly that branch does not value their potential customers and don't even care. It was my first time and probably the last time I visit the branch. <br> The service is non existent to say the least.
