Bad service

The bad service I received from builder at cosmo mall, I paid for the material and I'm still waiting for them to deliver. They keep telling me that they will deliver but they never keep their word. A lady by the name of Tsholo is now avoiding my calls because she is dishonest. I don't know if it the colour of skin, that we are undermined in this manner. I think if I was white none of this wouldn't be happening. They are so ***********. I should have went to cash build cause clearly the people who work at that shop don't take people serious and I don't think they will expect me to take them serious. The prices at builders are expensive with a bad service. I don't care about the price tag as long as the service is good. they need to be taken back to school for training on how to treat customers. North riding staff is wonderful maybe it's because most of their customers are white and Cosmo mall s customers are black so they even forgot that they are running a business
