BAD SERVICE

Went in to buy a cupboard,told have to get card for over 60 discount,Id number no longer accepted, stood for 40 minutes as their computers off for maintenance,Supervisor ,by the name of Mary kept helping other clients while we just waited, refused to give pensioner discount without card, So we eventually just walked out,amazingly got message about 15 minutes later card confirmed.
