Bad Service

builders had a special running for 2 months a full afrox cylinder for R589. We then drove to New market builders warehouse unfortunately it was out of stock , we then requested that the assistant to check for us if branches which were at our vicinity haf stock (Edenvale, eagle Glen, Bedford And boksburg) to 2 of the mentioned stores were closed except for Edenvale and Boksburg they confirmed as well that they had stock, we then drove to Edenvale only when we got there the assistant looked lost as he claimed they never received a call from New market branch, we then again requested him, to call Boksburg to confirm that they had stock and also that we were on our way there. To our sad surprise we were met by a very rude Manager: Beauty Aldridge, who told us that we were supposed to have a cylinder to refill but we kept on telling her that that not what the special says both online and on the leaflet, she was very rude, nonchalant about the whole think even when as far as being disrespectful towards my partner who removed himself from the situation. Eventually after a non progressive debate that took an hour I had to call the head office so they can intervene, because the store was about to close, eventually she agreed to sell us the cylinder?? then we had to go to the gas shop only to find it closed, we had to wait for another 15vminutes to be assisted mind you it was freezing and It was 3 weeks since my surgery (hysterectomy) eventually we were given a the cylinder after wasting petrol and driving to 4 different stores. To get home and discover that: we were sold an empty cylinder then had to drive again to Bedford builders also to met by rude shop assistants and 2managers( Ngcobo and Sibongile who's a subordinate toNgcobo) who were not willing to help us even though Safeera from the head office had given directives that we should be given a new full cylinder, as I'm typing this complaint I'm sitting here with an empty cylinder that I had paid for andall the stores I've went to cannot assist me and have give me hogwash of excuses that fixing this problem would a nightmare administration on their side and an investigation will have to launched??
