Bad Service

I purchased building ,material a month ago and I'm still waiting for my goods to be delivered I spent thousands on this and paid cash I follow up with the delivery department on a daily basis and I'm being promised delivery every following day and still waiting if its not out of stock, the following day its empty promises Ive never fought with these people Ive always been nice to them I do not understand the level of bad service that has been given to me I don't know if my business is not considered important, Ive been patient enough this is just not right not to mention disgusting how can a huge company like this run out of timber for a whole month. I'm angry, frustrated and If i ever go to any builders it will be way too soon, Ive never experience such bad customer service like this i hate builders warehouse they have been nothing but unfair despite my patience.
