Bad service

I bought a washing machine last year October for my mom at builders Newmarket, the machine starting having a problem of not draining water, it would wash,rinse and dry with the same water it started with. So I I contacted the store with my problem, Unathi is the manager for for appliances there since I reported on the last week of February till today on the 1st of April nothing has been done,no one has come to fix the machine my mother has been struggling.i called every week, I'm being given false home from the call centre and the store.
