Bad Service

Bad Service<br> I have ordered 4x PVC 3.8 on (paid) Monday last week.<br> The 3 panels were delivered and 1 is still to be delivered I have been to the store in Malibogwe spoke to the manager who assured me it was on order and was going to be delivered the next day which was Friday last week nothing has been received yet also no follow up calls or apology.<br> <br> What is going on the every time I have been to the building section, I had to look for a person to assist me.. The store is very badly managed and the manager are sitting in their offices on the computer and when approached seems unconcerned about improving their service to the customer. I have been buying here for years and and the service is getting worse rapidly. If they unable to provide a professional service then the should close the store or employ the right people who are customer focused.
