Bad Service

Went to Builders at New Market , we wanted a quote on Carpets , after my Wife had chosen a Carpet we asked then to come and give us a quote , the carpet my Wife chose was/is advertised at R150.00 per m2 and we need about 22 m2 carpeted , so carpets will be about R3300.00 more-or-less , after we get the quote , it in now quoted in Linear Meters and that almost doubles the price , when i queried this i got quite a "****ty" e-mail back saying basically "that`s how it is"
