BAD SERVICE

I went to Builders express on Sunday, there were advertisment 25 % discount on all stock, except where stock is on special.<br> I waited 20 minutes for service to buy a cupboard, I then went a bought the rest of the stuff i need which included door handles, door locks, curtain rails, a stable door and well as 2 internal doors, when I got to the cashier i told her I wanted 2 of the internal doors, she rang up all my stuff, I asked on three occasions if she rung up the two interior doors, each time she told me she had, when I get to security, they security is rude saying that the interior doors are not mine, it took 20 mins to sort out. I do not believe all the products I bought were on special which included a stable door, yet i received not a cent discount on a R7000.00 bill<br> I have been to this store several times and there is always a problem with service and stock<br> Stock is advertised yet there is nothing in stock.<br> The staff are rude and arrogant, this was a terrible experience.<br> I left a message for regional manager to contact me - no response, guess that's why the staff are so bad, don't have a good example to follow.<br>
