Bad service

On the 23rd July I went there to buy building material and on the 27th July I went there to pay for transport for the material and I was told it will be delivered on thursday morning 30th July. On thursday morning they didn't deliver and went there to find out why they didn't deliver and I was told they will deliver in the afternoon but they don't have all materials. I asked them why and they told me that my material was sold to another customer and told them i want my whole material delivered the same day and still they didn't deliver all. The following day I went there and was told they came and I was not home. Then they brought the remaining material after I have spoken to their manager when I insisted that they must come and fetch the material they delivered a day before.<br> <br> On the 05 August I went there to buy bags of cements and as I drove a the delivery area the lady and the guy working there ignored me and waited for about 5 minutes without anybody helping me. I started shouting and then they came to help me. They loaded the cement in the car and the same lady disappeared with my documents and had to drive back to complain to the manager. Customers are nothing there.
