BAD SERVICE

On 28th of July 2015, I went to above Mentioned store to collect Building Material, concrete mix and building mix, four bags each. NO one approached to assist me, which resulted in me loading all by my self whilst staff members were just standing around having a ball! I spoke to the store, but could not get hold of ANY Manager. Left myname and number. Got a call back mre than 2 hours later, I appreciate that they called back, but this is a ongoing thing! What is Builders going to do to rectify this??? <br> This is not the fisrt time, customer service is PATHETIC!!! You need to go in to store, goto building counter, pay for goods, then go all the way around again.
