Bad Service!

On the 02 May I ordered some items online and was told that it would take 2-5 days for delivery. After 7-days I contact Builders and was told that my order was with the courier. The courier phoned me on the 10 May at 16:35 and said he was on his way. I then informed him that the company was closed and that he should deliver on Monday before 16:00. Monday came and went and still no delivery. I then phoned builders again and was told that the courier would deliver on Tuesday. Still no delivery! After 2-weeks, Builders now phoned me and informed that one of the products are not in stock and I will get it later. They could not tell me when. I think that this is absolutely pathetic service and will not be purchasing at Builders in the future. I will rather purchase from Chamberlains.
