Bad service

My husband ordered wood at Builders watehouse Tokai on the 29.05.2022 and was informed that it would take 7 working days to process and thwn he can collect, however yesterday i contacted their call centre on the 8.06.2022 and what a bad experience. The agent that handled my call informed she was going to get someone from the builders warehouse branch in Tokai to contact me. I waited no call. I then called again on the 9.06.2022 three times before i was helped was put on hold and then cut off. This is not the first time we have experienced this bad client service it is pathetic even in the store the service is bad. 7 working days has now turned into 10 working days not even a follow up...it is so sad that you as the client need to follow up. Pathetic
