BAD SERVICE

In the last three months I have spent well over thirty thousand rand at Builders in Edenvale and Rivonia,<br> The Edenvale branch must be the worst. They don't have stock of many items, most of the staff is unhelpful and are not knowledgeable about the products where they are supposed to be helping. They will see you looking for something, but will not ask if they can assist.<br> I am a pensioner and after spending so much money you would think the manager would not quibble over giving me the 10% discount, which they advertise for pensioners on a Wednesday, when I asked why some of the items I bought were not discounted, I was told that they can't afford to give discounts on all items. Why don't they then mark that on the shelf next to those items???<br> Builders Warehouse and Builders Express are supposedly one and the same company, but Builders Warehouse need to take note of how Builders Express operate. I have had dealings with three of the Builders Express stores recently and I have had exceptional service. Each person has gone out of their way to help from branch managers to their staff.
