Bad service

BWH Sunningdale CT. Service really bad from looking for staff to help and then when you find somebody, they have to call a labourer to assist and they are ignored. Found a manager who initially asked what the problem was, and after stating my complaint disappeared in another direrection. Why do they have a retail store if this type of service is a common occurance, appers they only want to help the contractors.
