Bad Servicd
We were given incorrect vouchers by on of the ladies at the till in Alberton New Market store,we went back to inform the lady by the name of Ntombi at the till but she was adamant that she gave us the correct vouchers she called her manager who wasn't helpful instead she gave us attitude we left the vouchers there as they were not helpful the service was horrible,they still giving us a solution till to Date which is ridiculous

24 Aug 2023, 14:53Appreciate the response been calling the head office numerous times they not helping the store manager is not helpful as well as it is I'm so disappointed by how all this has been handled I've since reached out to you guys via tweeter and other platforms no assistance
