Bad reputation and customer service especially from management

We placed an order on the 4th of June. They delivered most of my products on the 6th. They called on the day of delivery and told me they didn't have the product on store. Till today the 26th they never communicated with me.

Phoned them today they told me they didn't have stock and the guys who tool my order was on leave. Lady transferred me to the manager. Manger told me he is currently in a meeting he will call me back. Why take a call only to tell a customer you in a meeting and will call again later. Thembi managed to call me again informed me they have my product. My question why only now? I have all call recordings on my phone.
