Bad relationship and packing in builders warehouse in Rustenburg

On Sunday the 20th of September 2023 I bout a Megamaster potjie for R249. 00, we igo to the till the total was R729. 00, I ask the kassie to walk with me where I see the pot for R249. 00. She called the store manager and she told me that it was two different pots, I told her that the pot was at the R249. 00 price tag. She wast my time to check out the survalliance cameras and came back and said the cameras is not clear but the " Manger" said he will give me 2.5% discount. This action at Builders Warehouse in Rustenburg is not acceptable.
