Bad Poor Customer Service

18 November 2018 I visited builders warehouse in Allen's Neck the customer service from Tebogo the manager was appolling, I bought Cieling boards around 8:40am and timber to support the boards. I then came back later around 11am to return the timber and purchase other items I needed. After the security checked the receipt I walked around the store to look for a step ladder, I then lost the timber receipt. When I went to the tills and ask for a refund and also explained how I lost my receipt instore with the security that checked the timber, Tebogo the manager dismissed us and said there's nothing he can do it's my loss. I walked to the other side of the shop spoke to the guys at the information desk and told them my story and asked for their assistance, they advised I must ask Tebogo to call Jan or Eunice, I went back to Tebogo and asked him to call Jan or Eunice to assist he once again dismissed me and said they not around can't be reached. I then went to the builders counter one of the guys searched for the receipt number and said I must ask Tebogo to do a reprint and if he can't he must call Jan or Eunice, 3rd time I went back to Tebogo to ask for a reprint he once again dismissed me and said his not calling Eunice or Jan, walked me to the information counter confronted the personal why they say a reprint can be done, when they know his not authorized to do so, they advised he calls Eunice or Jan to assist, he then starting throwing his toys Mohammed another Manger said he will assist because he kept beakering. I then left them and roamed the shop until I found my receipt. I'm so angry and disappointed with the service I was offered by Tebogo whose an *********** manager with poor listening s****s. I really hope something gets done about my matter, because I'm always using builders warehouse as my hardware, but thinking theres a manager like Tebogo just makes me angry and disappointed because I know I won't get customer service.
