Bad online service and after service.

They do not earn that one star given. I ordered knifes online. It did not arrive at all. Nobody communicated a thing. After 12 days I contacted them by phone and the operator said he would come back to me. Nothing. I also emailed. Then received a reply that they do not have the item in stock anymore. How can you have items in online store, have customer pay for them and not ship nor communicate..?
