BAD ONLINE SERVICE

Went online to purchase a gas heater yesterday, showed more left, paid mine, went to collect later and told that they dont have stock. The person dealing with online orders is not fami**** with the app. The manager is so not about the customer at all, did not even care to talk to me when i asked for him. Was then told that one will be delivered to me today from a different outlet they just checked and has stock. Today i get a call to be told that it might take a month a so for me to get my heater. Clearly this company should not deal with online at all!! winter will be over by the time i get it. Im never ever using this company again.
