Bad online service
Builders you really need to work on your online system. Search function is terrible not filtering correctly. I do an online order to collect then when I arrive at the store there is no stock available. Crediting my account but I can't see it.

19 Aug 2020, 20:20Today I asked my mother to go Builders warehouse Gezina to sort out my because I do not have time stand there I have to work in the end, my mother was at Builders warehouse for about two hours. Then the manager has the audacity to tell my mother he does not care or want to listen how many hours we have waste to sort out their problem and system faults. We as clients pay your salary you need to think about what you have to say!
