BAD ONLINE SERVICE

Worst online experience ever!!!! I made an online purchase for two oil hearters, after the local store showed availability. Within minutes from the order being logged i was informed by the Polokwane store of no availability. I requested my order to be cancelled and my money to be refunded. Seven days later I have yet to be refunded. Made the call to query my refund just to be told as to the documentation I need to first submit. 1. Proof of payment 2. Copy of my ID document 3. Bank letter confirming may account Why is the money not just refunded back to my card which I used to make the purchase in the first place???!!!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I will never do an online purchase from Builders Warehouse ever again!!!!
