Bad online purchase experience at Builders

We bought a microwave online with delivery included, it was delivered to a wrong store in another province. It has been a month and half hours to get our merchant. The interrelationship between the two stores of another province to other didnot assist the situation. In stead the responsibility was shifted to me as customer to sort my issue. Im very disappointed with this multinational store. Thanks
