Bad online order experience

Worst online order .order a product on the 5th march.After payment was made the web page show no payment.Called about 5 times and only got help monday.after that saying it will be delivered vryday web page still on process Called agian 11th and now waiting to hear if there is anything done from the warehouse ..This order is costing me nou money cuz i am not able to do my work
