Bad mouthed by branch manager

I purchased R2045 worth of wood to complete an urgent project, manager said would only be delivered tomorrow after 14h00, it was only 11h00 in the morning. When I explained to the manager that I urgently needed the wood, his response was that Builders Express does not care how urgent I require my goods. He will deliver when he deems it to be the right time, I only live 2 blocks down the road! When I asked him he said no white *** will tell him when to deliver, white ***s always think the can slap their hands and everybody must jump. What a harsh and ****** manager!!! I guess us white ***s are the ones that spend the most money at your stores, I spend roughly R25000 a month at your branch. Would you rather have me take my business else where? Are you going to do something about this manager?
