Bad Management

Builders send out there letters for advertising and i noticed that they advertising safety boots for R250-00. This seen and received on 25/04/2017. The following day 26/04/2017 decided to visit the store situated in the Bluff area Kzn. Noticing prices vary between R400-00 and R350-00 for the safety shoes on the shelf, i called a shop assistant for help and showed the adverti*****t and enquired where the shoes could be found. To my surprise been informed by the assistant that they dont have stock. I then asked to speak to the manager of the store of which then his reply been that the shoes only available when ordered by a customer. I said the adverti*****t does not state that at all in the paper issued and his reply well that the way it to be done and the shoes will be there in a weeks time if ordered today. This is totally unexceptable as it then should have been advertised like that. Needles to mention now as i needed the safety shoes paid R400-00 for a pair. Now Mr. Manager is this now fair to make money under false pretentions.

Reviewer Update

To date since the review posted no feedback except for one call asking if i been contacted by the store manager. To date no resolvement from this company. No calls nothing and to the writer of the above, too late for measurements should have been done in the first place and secondly the manager should have handled it more profesionally.
