Bad management

<p>On Sat the 29th I went to Builders Express Lambton to buy my monthly supply of wood. I was told that the supplier did not make its delivery on the Friday. Tuesday I followed up and I was told that the supplier can't be reached (wow). Wednesday yet again I had to phone only to hear that there was no order by the supplier and I will be contacted when delivery is made. Only on Friday I was called and said delivery was made. When I got to Builders I noticed that its the wrong wood and asked if they can help me by sourcing from a different Builders (we have done this previously) and I was told they can't and if they do it can only be on a Tuesday or Thursday!!!! Since the 29th I have lost 3 sales and look like an idiot who cannot provide a service and Builders refuses to come up with an alternitave plan. I never expected this from a place where I usually get such good service.......</p>
