Bad experience with builders warehouse

This was the worst experience of my life with Builders. On 8 August 2025, two *****ulent purchases were made at Southgate Builders Express and Glen Eagles Builders Warehouse using my profile. I phoned immediately to report the ***** and BEGGED them to stop the pickups. They did absolutely NOTHING. Because of their negligence, all my savings were wiped out. I even opened a case at Mondeor SAPS .Builders failed me completely — they ignored my urgent call, allowed strangers to walk away with goods in my name, and left me to deal with the damage. This company does not protect its customers and does not care about their security. I will never trust or recommend Builders to anyone.
