Bad experience at Builders Warehouse Montana

I needed an PVC coupling to install a rain water tank at a friends house. I found the item at Builders Montana branch on the rack. There was no code and they couldn't sell me the item. They offered me a similar product but refused to sell the product that I needed. Not even the manager was able to help me. I have spend 1 hour at the warehouse but had to leave empty handed.
