Bad experience at Builders Warehouse

Had a distressing experience at Builders Warehouse, Gezina. In the process of exchanging an oversize gas cylinder that won't fit into my kitchen cupboard, instead of assistance, I was humiliated and threaten. Manager Raphus said to me you better leave now or else.... at the main entrance of their store. I felt I was treated badly because I am a woman. Manager Raphus was not interested in helping me, no alternative nor any possible solution was suggested. At the end, he left me carrying the 9kg cylinder back to my car. It was a horrible experience, Builders Warehouse made it very clear that women are not welcome in their store.
