Bad experience at Builders

I needed to order some items for a renovation project and having bought from Builders before I ordered, but when it came to checking out I was told I must enter a viable cell phone number. As I have only one cell phone and the correct number was already entered, I simply re-entered it. After trying many times I gave up and sent an email to ask for assistance. I was the phoned and after going through the whole story was assured that it would be corrected as it was a problem on their system. A couple of days later I received a message that the problem had been sorted out, but when I tried to place my order had the same problem. I tried contacting them, but have had no response. I have now ordered from another supplier. This is not the sort of service I expected from Builders Warehouse!
