BAD DELIVERY TEAM AT BUILDERS KEMPTON PARK

They forgot to add a product to my delivery and no one ever answers any calls at this depot - ANY HELP PLEASE ????

TRIP SHEET *** DRIVER PATRICK who promised me he will be back with the stuff today before 12 - y dont you guys train your staff to NOT LIE to customers just to get away
