Bad delivery service from builders sunningdale

We had a delivery from Builders Sunningdale today (6.09.2021) around 11:05am. One of the two guys who were carrying the pvc pipes inside was very rude. He threw the pvc pipes on the hard pavement and then I asked him why is he throwing the pipes are they not going to crack? He looked at me so so annoyed as if he can even beat me up, he kept quiet and walked away I was going to the truck to speak to the driver and he kept looking at me very annoyed I said you don't talk to people I asked you a question and you just ignore me as if I don't exists. He continued to keep quiet. I told the driver and I tried to reach the manager at the store I couldn't get hold of him her. The truck that delibreed our pvc pipes and ladder was (XDJ198GP) my invoice number E***. Totally not happy. After spending close to R50k at Builders this year alone, and we get this kind of treatment that's not right. And the driver didn't bother to address the issue in front of me. They got in and drove off!!!
