Bad customers service.

I bought goods worthy more than 270 000 Rands from Builder's Warehouse, Atterbury, Pretoria. When I received the goods, we did a thorough checking & a lot of items were missing, and some items were wrong. I quickly notified Builder's Warehouse of the discrepancies. I did get a response. I wrote an email to their info department, but didn't get a response. I wrote an email again following up on my first email, didn't get any response again. Until I told my daughter to call them that's when they responded & started investigating but nothing came out. There was no apology but now started threatening me that the case has been closed. What should I do with these wrong items which they despatched. That wasn't my fault & I kindly ask them to pay for transport to & from. What I want from them is my correct items & refund for wrong items which I didn't need. They didn't even apologize for their mistakes they did of giving wrong items
