BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ,They can retain customers

Since last year October 2025 I have buying cement from 40 to 80 bags, I have bought 5 pallets to put the cement but when it's to return the the told me they are not on the system, I gave them my builders card thats got my whole transactions but still can't get my refund,I left the 5pallets that I was charged for,Just imagine having to buy so many bags of cement that could amounts to 340 bags of cement but today am being treated like ***** or lier, my heart is heavy even with treatment ,at first they told me they could only see 3 pallets but last week Friday they told me that there is not pallets in all my orders,THE QUESTION ❓❓❓ IS WHERE DID I GET THE PALLETS SINCE I STARTED MY PROJECT I HAVE BEEN BUYING AT BUILDES ERASMUSKLOOF THE CONTRATORS TERMS KNOWS THAT /STAFF ,I have their on daily basis buying different materials, right now I can't even go there I feel empty ,my hear us bleeding ⁉️am not happy at all,
