Bad customer service online section

My first visit at builders Warehouse in helderberg store in the online section the lady was so rude. In all my years in retail and hospitality customer service is the most important. You can never be rude or tell a client of no matter what or who they are. At the end of the day they pay your salary. Otherwise they take there business else where. I am still at the store and waiting for my order however I think builders Warehouse helderberg need to invest in training their staff customer service. My company spend a lot of money at builders however builders Warehouse have competition that also sells the same products.
