Bad customer service no update
I bought a goldair steam iron on 02/11/24 from builders warehouse Edenvale in Johannesburg. The water spray button stopped working in April 2025. I took it back for an exchange but was told it would be repaired and was booked in. We are now in June and no word yet as regards the iron or a refund. This is taking forever and it's convenient for my laundry c****s.
