Bad Customer Service/No communication what so ever

Good day<br> <br> It has been more than 8 months since my initial complaint at this branch.<br> We bought a set of tools at your branch in PE, the torque wrench broke, and according to the brand(Mastercraft) there is a life time guarantee on this.<br> <br> To date we have not had any feedback from Ashley, as I returned the product to be replaced or refunded.<br> Our business is based in East London.<br> <br> This is absolutely unexcitable, this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.<br> How can it take more than 8 months to get an issue resolved or feedback!!!<br> <br> I have been phoning him, to get some sort of clarification on the situation. Only to be told he will look in to it as it is a H/O issue as they don't stock that specific brand...<br> <br> This is like ***** to me, as the product is faulty,we have paid for it and used it maybe three times! <br> <br> I require feedback as soon as possible, as this matter is really becoming a pain!!<br> <br> We need this tool!!
