Bad customer service & incorrect pricings!!!!

On Sunday I went to Tonk meter , kwa Thema Builders & bought some electrical components , one of them where Radiant 3 pin 5pack plugs , priced at R17.00 at the shelf, to my surprise when I checked out it was R55.00. I was told that this was an error that even head office knew about & there was nothing they could do, both managers!! the lady manager who had no name tag was so disrespectful to me that she paid no attention to me but continued closing the till & left me standing there. after numerous attempts to get help I was then given a number to call head office but no one answered. Finally after back & forth with Jonathan (manager) he then overrode the price and I paid what was displayed.

I will never ever go nor refer anyone to go there ever again!!!! I am so angry
