Bad customer service from managment and staff

order no:*** placed an order and was called by their driver that he will deliver on Thursday 14.07.22 however i was later notified that they couldn't deliver anymore because it was late so i waited for Friday but no one from the store bothered to call me to notify me what's going on, i still sent them an email and no one responded to my email all i got was an automated email n message that i have a reference number till i later called them and spoke to Thando ,Tsegofatso who was rude then she said she would call the store manager(Tishen ) who was not even interested in what i was saying and he told me he will let me know on Sunday when he comes in tomorrow what will happen and all this is happening as thought its my fault or im begging for the paint but ive paid for it . I must say im really not happy with your service basically customer service is not your priority and i can tell you know i will never ever buy from you ever again
