Bad customer service from Amanda Cilo in Builders Rossburg

Today I went to Builders Hardware in Rossburg. On the till I was assisted by Amanda Cilo. She then gave me coins change, and I asked her properly, why can't she give me notes change instead of coins, my wallet doesn't have a space for coins. The lady started shouting at me worst she does that in front of my kids, I was so angry and I felt like I should give her one slap on her face but I chose to leave her alone whilst shouting and she gave me the note change followed by words that didn't sit well with me. I didn't think I will get such bad service early in the morning from Amanda.

She must not bring her back home problems to work place because this is really not a good thing for the shop she must stop offloading her problems to customers, her customer service is very bad, I hate being treated like that.
