Bad customer service, *****, and terrible delivery waiting period.

I bought material from the store on the 18th of August 2019 and I was promised delivery within 48 hrs and that didn't happen. When I called the store on the 21st they told me that it was going to be delivered same day before 1pm but nothing happened. On the 22 I phoned again and received promises for full delivery but only half of the items delivery. On the 29 I asked my husband to go there in the morning to query shortage and was promised delivery but 10 am but nothing came. I went back to the store and they promised to deliver remaining items and they only deliver some of the items and the delivery note was saying everything was delivered or 70 ceiling board we on note but only 32 were delivered, the nails were not even in the delivery but were noted in the note.

Such *****. Builders customer service is terrible. The delay have not only affected my schedule but time as well. I had employee for the wait. Someone must audit the store.
