Bad customer service

Absolutely pathetic customer service on the phone on plenty occasions, staff should be trained on how to transfer calls to certain departments, as well there should be direct numbers for each store instead of a call center number where one can be kept on hold till the ***s come home. No sense of urgency when u do get ahold of staff as well as when one walks in store, staff are a, rare thing to find when it comes to help
