Bad customer service ever

I ordered jojo tank at builders in Adwin swales and sands they promised to deliver a week pass two weeks pass i phoned them they kept on doujg excuses till the manager Thomas said he will give us a refund for the delivery fee and they deliver my jojo tank after two weeks instead of three days the customer service is really bad their i was being assisted by three people when i purched this jojo tank and they were even playing and using **** language other customer just left and all in all i haven't got my refund after being promised i called n the manager asked me to whatsapp him dololo till today
