Bad Customer Service at Builders Warehouse Centurion

<p>I bought an Echo Watertank from the plumbing Section at Buiders Warehouse Centurion. Firstly, The salesman did not greet me, and could not help me with knowledge of other related products. He wants me to type into his till all my delivery address details, after the third attempt i request him to do it. He refuse to do it and walk away and ignore me. I call Mike the floor manager who proffesionally helped me but in the prosses i could not by my other products.</p> <p> </p> <p>Yhe echo tank was delivered without a lid. I contact BW, which the reply was that it does not came with a lid. I contact Eco Tanks SA which reply that all tanks comes with lids. Phone again the they suggest that the lid was delivered, which makes all my family ***** who overlooks the delivery process. Then after several calls they say i must come to BW to fetch the lid, i refused. </p> <p> </p> <p>I only want BW to deliver the lid to my house. i will never buy anthing from BW at Centurion again. The salesman stand around without helping you, only working for a salary and not for the company. I hope managers will take action to improve customer service. Thank you.
